The existing trussed roof over the double garage was removed to form a generous outdoor dining and entertaining space directly connected to the kitchen. This improved the function of the home and made it far better suited to everyday living.
Internal improvements included a new access door upgraded kitchen window new glass splashbacks and an updated powder room with fresh tiles and joinery. The entry was also enhanced with a new fence pergola and gatehouse all constructed with a mix of hardwood and composite materials.
