The home was expanded at the front back and sides to provide multiple new living areas and better separation for teenagers and parents. A new master suite was added along with a living area that opens to the pool through large stacker doors.
A loft area was later adapted into a second master suite with ensuite demonstrating clever use of the existing structure. Exterior work included new fencing tiled pool areas concrete paths and a completed driveway that provided a fully finished result.
The project delivered a fresh functional home with significantly improved space and comfort.
