The house was lifted to create a new level underneath and the upper floor was extended to include a master suite with a walk in robe and ensuite. Downstairs a new kitchen with stone benchtops was installed along with bi fold doors that connect the living area to the new deck.
The original hardwood floors were restored and polished and the home gained two new bathrooms a study and a double carport once works were complete. Every part of the home was upgraded to deliver the feel of a new modern living space.
This project provided more room comfort and value while preserving the charm of the original home.
